Your Responsibilities:

• Follow and maintain department objectives, standards, and guidelines set to ensure objectives are achieved.

• Monitor and evaluate food purchasing, food production and food inventory in order to control food costs and waste, ensuring adherence to budget.
• 监督管理食材采购，食品生产和食品库存，以控制食品成本和浪费，确保预算合理规划。
• Dedicate to the Menu innovation and nutrition balance for dish healthy and diversity.
• 致力于菜单创新及营养搭配以完成营养配餐和多样化的目标。
• Monitor and evaluate food preparation by observing cooking techniques and tasting results to ensure food quality, safety and consistency according to standards.
• 通过检查烹饪技巧、菜品测试等方式，监督食品准备制作过程，以确保食品质量、安全以及出品一致性。
• Inspect the banquet kitchen areas and makes decisions for necessary corrective actions to maintain company and health department standards
• 检查厨房区域工作，在必要时后做出正确判断以达到公司及食品卫生部门标准。
• Analyze food costs and forecast business trends to make recommendations for revision of menu pricing.
• 分析食品成本，预估价格确实以修改菜单定价。

Our Requirements:

• Creativity and innovation are essential.
• 具备不断地创新能力。
• Bachelor degree of related major or equivalent combination and experience.
• 相关专业或同等学历和经验的学士学位。
• Food Safety and Sanitation Management Certificate.
• 食品安全卫生管理资质
• English speaking and writing in influence.
• 流利的英文读写能力。
• Knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and applicable health codes.
• 了解公认的卫生标准和适用的卫生法规。
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in high volume kitchen working experience.
• 三到五年以上大型厨房工作经验。
• Minimum of 3 years' culinary supervisory experience in 5 stars hotels. Michelin kitchen experience is preferred.
• 三年以上五星级酒店烹饪管理经验，有米其林星级厨房工作经验者优先。
• Complete understanding of all operations of the kitchen, kitchen equipment and sanitation.
