The E/E-Integration and Architecture department empowers the Volkswagen group's R&D network and its brands' products in China. The overall goals are the successful function integration of hard- & software developments in China, boosting of China-specific requirements in automotive E/E-architecture concepts and yielding of new enabler technologies for future mobility for China.

- Tasks

• You evaluate technologies and derive recommendations for action to optimally meet future market requirements.

• You are already one step ahead of the industry and anticipate future trends.

• You know the most important technology cost curves and know how to calculate tipping points (Blue Ocean approach) and derive scenarios from them.

• You are able to create and optimize pictures/ story lines and roadmaps, to discuss and moderate them within the company and thus make the future a little bit more real every day.

• You are responsible for the organization and execution of feasibility studies for technology assessment.

• You will create consolidated roadmaps taking into account market pull/ products/ technology push (e.g. Cambridge Roadmap).

- Qualifications

• You have completed your studies in a technical field or in a business environment.

• You have already gained 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable field.

• You have expertise in scenario management, road mapping, innovation management or technology strategy, technology/cost analysis.

• Ideally you have experience in the complete vehicle context

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

• German and/ or Chinese language skills highly preferred
