Scope, objective and relevance of this position:

This position holds the responsibility of invoice management for VCIC/VGIC/VCRA/MA;

This position holds the responsibility of payment documents for VCIC/VCRA/MA;

This position holds the responsibility of VAT reconciliation for VCIC/VCRA/MA;

This position holds the responsibility of bank reconciliation.

 

Range of responsibility:

This position ensures invoice management of VCIC/VGIC/VCRA/MA, make sure invoices comply with requirements, and spot/reject unqualified invoice timely;

This position checks payment documents, make sure payment documents are timely processed;

This position ensures payments to suppliers;

This position ensures VAT reconciliation;

This position ensures bank reconciliation.

 

Key Tasks:

Invoice management

• Ensure invoices complying with requirements;
• Spot/reject unqualified invoices;
• Process in Invoice Management portal.

Payment

• Check payment documents, make sure payment documents are complete, and bookings are processed in SAP;
• Prepare payment proposal.

Bank Reconciliation

• Reconcile SAP records and bank records;
• Follow up with unreconciled items;
• Keep bank balances updated, make sure bank accounts are not over drafted.

VAT Reconciliation

• Reconcile SAP records and Tax Bureau records;
• Follow up with unreconciled items.

 

Qualification and skills:

• University graduate;
• 2+ years professional accounting and tax expenriences with MNC finance division;
• Good command of English/German;
• Strong communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Reliable, Good team work spirit
• Sense in keeping confidentiality
• Able to work under pressures
• Quick learner
