The E/E-Integration and Architecture department empowers the Volkswagen group's R&D network and its brands' products in China. The overall goals are the successful function integration of hard- & software developments in China, boosting of China-specific requirements in automotive E/E-architecture concepts and yielding of new enabler technologies for future mobility for China.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for testing of AI-Readiness of relevant architecture in China

• Competitor benchmarking, research on SafeAI, Local Architecture Definition & Development are also a part of your tasks

• Implementation of AI Demo Case on relevant architecture is also in your scope

• You coordinate requirements towards AI-Ready architecture for Chinese customers

• You lead cooperation projects between Germany/ China and with JVs

• As part of your job, you will overview and implement vehicle data management in Chinese cloud storage

• You are also responsible for the adjustment of headquarters cloud infrastructure to fit Chinese regulations and technical environment

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or relevant technical environment

• Enthusiastic about developing machine learning applications and integrating them into intelligent automotive products

• Deep knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine, or Deep Learning

• Experience in creation of drafts for service architectures in the preferred cloud infrastructures (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services)

• Comprehensive experience in the design of cloud-based infrastructures as well as methodological competence in SCRUM, Micro-Services, Agile Development and Continuous Integration

• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to think and act in a goal and result-oriented manner

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

• German and Chinese language skills highly preferred
