Salary

- Full: 14,000-30,000

- Part: 200~300/hour

Working Days: 6 days in a week

Working Hours

- Instructors come to the academy only when they have classes or meetings, if they meet some criteria.

- They can prepare their classes at any place they prefer, including the academy.

- Here's the schedule for classes.

：Weekdays: 5:30~7:20, 7:30~9:20

：Weekends: 10:00~11:50, 2:00~3:50, 4:00~5:50, 7:00~8:50

Accountabilities

- Improve the assigned courses

- Manage the student's development

- Propose how to improve the assigned course to Learning Director

Age of Students: K8-11

Qualification

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

- At least, two years of professional teaching experience

Preference

- Master or Doctoral degree in related fields

- Recommendation from the superintendent who applicant has WORKED under, NOT has studied or has been trained under

- A long retention in a position: obtaining some expertise from experience takes time

- Leadership experience

- Debate / MUN Winning career

- High score in TOEFL, SAT, AP, and IB

- More than 5 years of residence in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States or South Africa

III. Hall of Leaders Academy
     Hall of Leaders is running two academies in Wanjing and preparing to open the 3rd branch in
     Vietnam. This posting is to hire staffs who work for HOL academies.

     In the perspective of the entire business, HOL academy plays a critical role as a content
     incubator. It also provides the entire business with chances for M a n-Learning, leading to
     Machine-Learning.

     Our students are from Grade 2 to Grade 11, most of whom are attending international schools. They
     are quite fluent in English, so a teacher's linguistic quality matters.

     HOL Academy not only teaches English, but also teaches other fields in English. We are teaching
     and developing following programs:

      - Reading and Writing for K2-8
      - Debating (Asian Parliamentary, British Parliamentary)
      - Fiction and Non-fiction
      - Research Paper Writing
      - TOEFL / SAT
      - AP (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Psychology, Economics, World History, Literature)
