The Role

Will be producing deliverables throughout the full lifecycle delivery of Veeva application to a wide range of Life Sciences clients. Most time you will have responsibilities for customer

communication, solution analysis, design of the project as a senior business analyst or project manager.

What You’ll Do

Deliver high quality innovative solution service in the fields of commercial in life science

Such as analysis of customer requirements, provide proposals to resolve the customer demands in delivery process or support team in pre-sales phase

Manage projects resources, timelines, cost, identify critical path/ dependencies to drive project forward and ensure quality execution and implementation

Cooperate with customer and Veeva other internal team to ensure projects run smoothly

Integrate the experience of projects and promote the improvement of implement solution and delivery approach

Requirements

A bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information management

More than 5 years’ work experience, at least 3 years in the Life Sciences

More than 3 years’ project management and customer facing experience

Excellent communication skills in English

Good at business analysis and related solution proposal design

Knowledge in product implementation process, has technical experiences, such as system integration, SFDC, Python or MySQL etc.

Open minded and team spirit; excellent innovation capability

Experience in CRM solutions
