Job Title: Key Account Manager -CBS
Job Purpose:
? In order to strengthen on CBS KA(Include Properties, IDC, Metro, DE vertical KA plus EPC and IPO KA)business development, Push to executive the KA agreement, and make sure of the best service to retain the KA customers and sustainable growth and new KA development;
? Lead and Transfer the Value communication between GF and key accounts, Team work with Regional sales and support department to promote KA business
Job Description:
Overall responsibility
- Responsible for the sales turnover of all the selected targeted key accounts;
- Make sure sustainable growth and contribution from selected targeted key accounts;
- Responsible for KA group development and long-term relationship management.
- Coordinate to develop Key Sector & key application approach
- Pipelines and Opportunities managements, team work with regional sales to achieve the yearly sales target from selected targeted KAs.
- Good communication and team coordination.
Client Relationship Development & Maintenance
- Create and maintain good relationship with selected targeted KAs. Try to coordinate and to provide best services to the KAs in different respects, such as enquiry response time, lead time, after sales service, etc.
Sales Activities
- According to sales target, work out the sales plan, sales target and activities together with other KAM and related Regional sales. After review and approval by the management, carry out the activities according to the activity plan.
External Relations
- Maintain good relationship with the KAs, consulting &Management companies, professional associations and authorities.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree holder in general machinery & electrical or commercial background, etc.
? Strong KA strategy development and execution experience, above 5 years in the KA management area
? Working experience in KA management of water industry is a plus
? Working experience of project management or business management at water companies or design institute is a plus
? Experience of working with Global team will be a plus
? Fluent English speaking and excellent writing is a plus
