岗位职责：
1. Corporate Social Media Platform Operation: You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end operation of corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn, WeChat and Zhihu, Tech Blogs with the support of agency.
2. Corporate Social Media Guidance: You'll land Corp social guidance and make sure all the social accounts are compliant. And provide trainings to help the rest of marketing team improve their social media & campaign management skills.
3.Social Strategies Design and Execution.
Design and implement social strategy of platform operation and one Microsoft event campaigns to align with business goals.
Provide guidance and input to, as well as support the execution of creative social campaigns for One Microsoft big events (Ignite, Envision).
Set specific objectives, monitor company brand awareness, analyze data and report on ROI on social media.
Strive to continuously improve outputs by analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the social media landscape.

任职要求：
1. Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Year of experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
3. Relevant Skills on Social:
？ Well-rounded skill sets with proven track records of successful operations of social media platforms.
？ In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
？ Familiarity with best practices in social media management and operation in China and/or abroad with an acute sense of trends in social media circles.
？ Experience on managing content creation and publishing.
？ Experience on leading agency to design and land social strategies of campaigns to generate social buzz.
4. Soft Skills:
？ Strong capabilities of cross-function communications, execution, and crisis management, and able to work under pressure.
？ Strong self-motivator and also a good team leader.
？ Excellent multi-tasking skills.
？ Excellent English communication skills.
