岗位职责：
1.Design research team in Studio 8 works closely with product managers and designers to solve user related product problems or topics.
2.As a design researcher in the small team, you need to plan and conduct user experience studies. You need to communicate the key findings to internal audiences and influence product design and decisions on behalf of end users and stakeholders.
3.We need people who are passionate about engaging with end users, who can skillfully apply his or her methodology knowledge on designing valid research, both qualitative and quantitative, and keen to implement the plans, who are also enthusiastic to communicate the key learnings to influence product design and decisions.

任职要求：
1.Have a bachelor or master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design Research, or related field
2.Knowledgeable and experienced on at least one category of UX research methods and paradigms: qualitative methods like interviews, focus group, human factors studies like usability study, eye tracking studies, experiment or quasi-experiment
3.Have experiences of running full UX research in the past: from planning, designing, data collection and analysis, final report and communications. Some research examples will be needed
4.Excellent English speaking and writing skills – the engaged users are across the world, so you need to be comfortable to speak English while conducting interviews
5.Collaborative, need to know how to work with product managers and designers
6.Strong communication skills, able to tell stories and keep curious to people and product
