岗位职责：

Responsible for Beijing IT Helpdesk team management and user service satisfaction improvement;

Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of office equipment, network, storage, servers, and cloud services, to ensure the IT services in statable status, and to solve related problems immediately;

Responsible for the backup system management and improve the disaster recovery plan;

Responsible for the information security of Site and handle security incidents;

Responsible for the supplier management；

Participate in the company's IT system planning and construction, and coordinate the management of project resources and progress;

Improve IT management process;

Cooperate with global teams, communicate across regions, and promote cross-regional projects；

任职资格：

工作经验： 5年以上

专业： 计算机或相关专业本科以上学历

其它知识和技能：

With English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate in English proficiently

Familiar with Window, Linux server and hardware operation and maintenance

Familiar with virtualization system setup, operation and maintenance;

Familiar with storage equipment deployment

Proficient in languages such as Powershell or Python, can write scripts

With experience in the pharmaceutical industry is plus;

With PMP certification is plus

With ITIL certification is plus

With CCNA or CCNP certification or similar certification is plus
