Process continuous improvement

• Lead all the processes improvements in Agilent University including customer registration, delivery qualification, material process and lab management to meet compliance requirement.
• Work with various stakeholders to provide the guidance and advice on process enhancement or provide valuable resolution to ensure operation's compliance within Agilent guidelines.
• Give training to new employee and let them be familiar with workflow
• Outside communication representing Agilent University on process

?- Operational infrastructure

• Provide data analysis results and suggestions to support all teams in Agilent University to optimize business operation , including business order, delivery, BFT and any other related aspects.
• Keep close relationship with global team members and make global project landing in field, such as online evaluation, LMS system function improvement, etc.
