As an R&D SPD Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team to develop surge protective device and industry solutions to explore the potential market demand, for Electrification Business Area in Beijing China.

Reporting to the R&D/Technology Manager, you will develop industry solutions and provide professional technical support to customers.

- Digging into the market demand, according to the characteristics of the company's products, to develop the surge protective device
- Developing industry solutions and providing professional technical support to customers
- Participating in and influence standardization activities, not limited to national, industry, local, group and other standards
- Understanding the industry application of LV distribution system related products, be able to implement and organize internal and external training

- 8+ years working experience, with low voltage distribution products (circuit breaker, RDC, SPD) and terminal distribution products design and development
- Project management experience proved by certificate of Worldwide company or PMP
- Familiar with low voltage distribution product application, high voltage, lightning protection (SPD) product
- A bachelor’s degree or above, major in high voltage, lightning protection or electrical related
- Capable of managing changes and multi-tasks during the development phase
- To adapt to business trip
- Fluency in English speaking, both oral and written
