岗位职责：

1、 熟练掌握现代化教育教学手段。认真专研教材和课程标准，做好教学各个环节的工作。

Understand contemporary way of teaching, study the textbooks and make class preparation etc.

2、 紧扣教学目标和我校学生实际，精心选择和设计学生作业题，做到题型多样、题量适中、题目典型、难易恰当、具有梯度，要避免简单重复和学习机械抄写，减轻学生过重的课业负担。

Connect teaching objective to the actual learning ability of students, choose the most suitable homework for students to release the burden as well as avoid inflexible learning (doing homework without thinking).

3、 培养学生热爱祖国语言文学、热爱中华民族优秀文化的感情。使他们具有适应实际需要的现代文阅读能力、写作能力和口语交际能力，具有初步的文学鉴赏能力和阅读浅易文言文的能力。

Lecture students to love our country and make them interested in Chinese culture with excellent reading, writing and communicating ability. Let students appreciate the beauty of literature and understand simple classical Chinese texts.

4、 加强课外阅读及指导，努力向各级各类报刊推荐学生作品，积极开展读书活动。搞好学生的语文课外实践活动。要加强课内外的沟通，可以采用读书报告会、辩论会、专题研究和社会调查等形式，利用广播、电视、网络等媒体，还可以组织各种文学社团，增加学生的语文实践的机会。

Recommend student works to magazines, encourage them to read more after school and increase chances of commutation through Reading Weeks, debates, etc. and organize literature group.

5、 注重语文应用、审美与探究能力的培养，促进学生均衡而有个性地发展。

Focus on student’s knowledge application and exploration to facilitate their development.

6、 培养学生良好的学习习惯（自学习惯、认真读书、认真思考的习惯，预习和复习的习惯，独立完成作业和检查作业的习惯，看书报和听广播的习惯，勤动笔的习惯等）。Shape student learning habits (self-study, thinking ability, review and preview, homework, reading magazines and listen to broadcast, etc.)

任职要求：

1、 硕士以上学历，师范类院校汉语言文学专业，海外留学背景优先考虑

Master degree and above with major of Chinese Literature, overseas experience preferred.

2、 2年以上工作经验

2+ years work experience.

3、 具有一定英文交流应用能力

English is required.

4、 二甲以上普通话等级证书

Mandarin Proficiency Test certificates 2nd grade, A level.

5、 具有相关岗位教师资格证书

Teacher Qualification Certificate is required.
