工作职责

? 维护项目相关文件；

? 确保所负责的临床方案在时间、预算及运行各方面均符合要求；

? 协助实验室物流工作；

? 撰写和维护部门的工作程序和工作指南；

? 协助项目经理、申办方和供应商完成项目相关事务。

职位要求

? 医学或生命科学领域学士或以上学位；

? 理解临床实践指南;

? 有项目协调员和中心实验室相关工作者优先考虑；

? 优秀的计算机（文字处理、数据库、Excel和Windows）、组织和沟通能力。

DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES

? Maintain study-related documents;

? Ensure that all aspects of designated clinical protocol are in accordance with project timelines, budgets and performance quality;

? Coordinate laboratory shipments; and

? Compose and maintain departmental operating procedures and work instructions.

? Interact with Project Managers, Sponsors, and vendors on project-related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor's degree in a health sciences field MT(ASCP) highly desirable;

? Understanding of Good Clinical Practice guidelines;

? Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or laboratory professional within a central laboratory is preferred;

? Excellent computer (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows), organizational, and communication skills.
