职位职责

1 参与商业管理运营平台框架的搭建，子系统的设计开发

2 在团队协作中，能够主导整个系统的设计和开发

3 参与技术难点攻关和技术预研，前瞻性分析解决产品研发过程中的挑战

4 完善并遵守团队的编码规范，编写高质量、清晰易读易维护的代码

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，5年以上java开发经验，对java平台有较深入的掌握

2.具备良好的文档编制习惯和代码书写规范，能独立分析和解决问题，良好的团队合作精神

3.Java基础知识扎实，熟悉集合、I/O、多线程、了解JVM工作原理，熟悉java领域常用框架的使用和原理

4.熟练使用Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Mybatis等主流开源框架，并理解框架的基本设计原理

5.熟练掌握后台开发架构与相关知识（数据库、缓存、消息队列、异步处理），熟悉微服务架构（Dubbo、SpringCloud）搜索引擎(ElasticSearch)

6.熟练使用Oracle,Mysql,PostgreSql等至少一种数据库，对数据库有较强的设计能力，有一定的SQL优化经验

7.熟悉ERP软件开发，有地产行业管理软件开发经验优先

8.精通大型互联网IT架构，有微服务、大数据系统架构开发背景，熟悉storm/spark/flink流式计算、redis、zk、es、kafka等第三方开源软件优先

9.有devops平台的规划设计和开发实现工作经验优先，包括大数据日志平台、监控平台、故障智能发现和定位、分布式自动化运维平台、统一运维配置中心。
