The Role

？    Base in Guangzhou, be responsible for China rental Guangzhou depot, focus on South China rental business technical support and customer service, report to China service team leader
工作地点：广州，负责中国华南区租赁业务客户服务，汇报给全国服务主管

？    Responsible for the daily operation of China rental Guangzhou depot: equipment maintenance, overhaul, receipt, and delivery
负责中国租赁广州仓库的日常运营：设备的保养，检修，收发货

？    Customer site application survey, support sales team and technical specialist to make technical proposal and solution
参与客户现场勘察，配和销售团队和技术专家制定客户解决方案

？    On site commissioning and decommissioning, provide training to customers about how to operate and maintain the equipment, solve failure, and regularly follow up equipment running conditions
为客户提供租赁各项设备的开机调试以及撤场服务，培训客户如何操作维护设备, 解决现场故障以及定期跟踪客户使用状态

？    Report daily work, service record, equipment check in & check out and spare part new procurement and consumption in Wynne system
将日常工作内容，维护保养记录，设备进出库，物料的采购消耗等信息录入到Wynne系统

？    Hard working to learn professional skills and knowledge to improve service level
努力学习专业技能知识，提高服务水平

What we expect of you? 

？    High school or above, major in mechanical engineering or electrical is preferred.
高中或以上学历，机械工程类，电气类专业优先

？    At least 5 years’ service experience in air compressor, with experience in equipment after-sales service is preferred.
至少5年空气压缩机或相关设备服务经验，有过工厂大型设备检修经验及从事过设备类售后服务工作者优先

？    Good operation skills and with independent ability to deal with on-site problems
良好的动手操作能力及独立处理现场故障的能力

？    Excellent communication and presentation skills, positive work attitude, like traval
优秀的沟通和表达能力，积极的工作态度，喜欢出差

？    Proficient in office software, good command of English
熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的英文能力水平
