Position overview: 

The Senior Sales Support supports the Commercial Sales team in their communication with partners and clients.  This includes contract preparation, fapiao confirmation, and marketing communications.    A successful Senior Sales Support proactively manages their responsibilities so that revenue generation and payment collection is not held up by procedural issues.

Responsibilities: 

    

·         Proactively assists Sales team throughout all stages of customer management process: customer setup, quote creation, contract creation, and fapiao follow-up

    

·         Coordinates sales effort with functional teams (Consulting, Engineering & Monitoring), as well as Operations, Finance, and Marketing

    

·         Assist local Accounts Director for special ad hoc projects outside of the above responsibilities

    

·         Supports a Sales team greater than 5 people or 30Million revenue    

    

Requirements: 

• Initiative and independent thought
• Excellent multi-tasking &organizational skills with the ability in problem-solving
• Business management or environmental/chemistry background with prior work experience
• Must be fluent in Chinese (oral & written)
• Must be able to speak/read English, but strong written English is priority
• Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Working hours are typically from 0930-1830
