1、筹备并建立分公司团队；

2、全面负责分公司人员管理、团队建设并带领整个团队处理日常工作的运营；

3. 制定分公司的发展规划和经营计划并监督计划的实施，确保全面完成分公司年度目标；

4. 开发大型客户、维护航空公司和船东关系，获取更多合作资源。

5. 带领销售团队开发国内外市场，完成公司制定的销售任务；

6. 合理地分配销售任务，带领团队超额完成目标，保障公司整体销售目标的顺利达成；

7. 协调公司各部门与销售人员之间的工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，优秀的中英文口头表达和书面沟通能力；

2、八年以上国际物流行业工作经验和五年以上团队管理经验；

3、具备专业的航运以及物流知识，熟悉海运空运进出口业务；

4、具有空运、船公司等供应商的渠道资源和独立拓展能力。

5、具备良好的职业道德操守，高度责任心和敬业精神，具有团队合作及客户服务意识，处事成熟稳重；

6、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，较强的领导力、沟通谈判能力、公司营运能力；

7、有自己固定客户或代理业务的优先考虑。
