Key tasks:

·         Communicate with customers using online chat tool, emails and phone calls

·         Investigate and respond to all customer inquiries concerning orders, deliveries, products etc. 

·         Translate customer’s Chinese messages into English for the US team and translate the US team’s English messages into Chinese for customers

·         Report website bugs to technical team

·         Work with Finance team to issue Fapiao for customers

·         Handle customers’ billing and invoice requests

·         Collect customer feedback and report to the US team

·         Participate in professional training programs and carry out projects as directed

Qualifications:

·         Minimum Bachelor degree, major in English, Communication is preferable but not required

·         More than 2 years of Customer Service experience in publishing, academic and scientific related sector is highly preferred but not required

·         Strong attention to detail and highly organized

·         A quick learner and a good team player

·         Passionate about resolving problems including complicated ones

·         Comfortable with frequent process changes

·         Able to work on weekends once per month on a rotating basis (OT pay will be offered)

Skills/knowledge:

·         Good English reading and writing skills, passing CET-4 or TEM-4 is required, IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 90 is a plus

·         Outstanding Chinese written and oral communication skills

·         Able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

·         Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience:

·         Experience of working with a remote team is a plus

·         Experience of billing and reimbursement processes of Chinese institutions is a plus
