Headquartered in Shanghai, HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited is a 50-50 joint venture between HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited and The National Trust Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 1025 million. HSBC Life offers a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our customers covering protection, retirement, children’s education, wealth growth and management, and legacy planning.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

- The jobholder is expected to handling in  case management issues and has some authority to design desired benchmarks, required processes and reinforcement policies to ensure our business are fully compliant

-   S/he is tasked with the mandate to influence and persuade our distribution forces to adhere to such guidelines issued via well designed training/reinforcement programs

-   Partly delegated to identify and resolve queries/problems that arise within case management only escalating to Head for policy decisions. When required s/he must be able to negotiate with others to ensure the effective resolution to issues/problems which may impact the outcome.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

 

1. Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen

2.  Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills

3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently

4. Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable

5. Must be a team player

6. Strong Microsoft application knowledge
