职位描述

Supply Chain Coordination:

Responsible for all logistics related activities in customer Contract

Analyze Contract and provide contractual deliverable list for logistics activities

Material delivery strategy

Safety stock (inbound and outbound)

Design all internal specifications for ERP, EDI, Transport, logistics platform,

Material flow: follow up all deliveries from all FT sites and from sub-suppliers and partners to the customer, etc...

Issue delivery notes, arrange transport insurances

Responsible for custom clearance procedures

Responsible for all logistics related costs, including custom duties, road taxes, transportation costs, etc... in the project in direct follow up with the Project Controller

Responsible for On Time Delivery (OTD)

Inventory control for the entire project

Follow up deliveries for implementation of changes in line with applicable procedures


PROJECT PURCHASING:

1.        Internal Purchasing

·         Identify internal purchasing plan according to project need, place formal order with SISCO after confirming internal material No. with technical department;

·         Confirm final delivery date with SISCO and feedback to logistic department, arrange delivery accordingly;

·         Ask for quotation from SISCO and manage internal purchasing price, responsible for project cost control;

·         Know well the conditions of actual storage and materials on transit, manage purchasing order reasonably;

·         Submit internal purchasing invoice application on time, make sure the correct accounting with SISCO;

·         Making monthly supply chain KPI calculation and storage analysis, adjust further purchasing plan according to the storage analysis and feed back to sales team to ensure the prior selling of storage.

2.        External Purchasing

·       Conduct and improve purchasing related work in accordance with purchasing management regulations;

·       Inspect supplier’s product quality, supply ability, quality assurance capabilities, etc., continuously search new suppliers to make sure rich supplier options;

·       Sign purchasing contract and check related contract terms with commercial staff, follow contract implementation;

·       Strengthen communication with suppliers to make sure the delivery;

·       Making monthly purchasing KPI calculation and purchasing cost saving plan


Qualifications:
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English language
  • Project leading abilities /ability to manage multiple projects & tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a good eye on details and understanding / analysing larger data files
  • University or above
  • Experience in handling import/export goods
