北京招聘

1、负责编制和实施人员招聘、人才发展及培训计划等相关工作；

2、做好公司组织架构搭建及优化，优化人员结构，做好薪资结构、绩效奖金激励措施，提高人均效能，降低人力资源成本，提高公司员工整体素养；

3、按照法律法规及公司规章制度，制定员工招聘、录用、调动、晋升、奖惩等标准，并监督执行。

4、熟悉劳动法等人力资源相关法律法规和政策，实时了解相关法律法规及政策的更新，监督公司劳动制度的实施，处理好员工关系；

5、负责协调和处理与劳动部门和其他部门相关的对外联络与接洽工作。

6、安排公司行政工作事务并监督执行。负责公司企业文化的打造和员工福利计划并执行。

7、公司环境清洁卫生的管理

8、对外与政府部门的工作沟通、联系，工商等政府机构的工作接洽，公司营业执照及设计资质申报、年检；

任职要求：

1、全日制本科以上学历，5年以上大中型企业人事管理经验；

2、熟练运用人力资源六大模块管理；

3、具有较强的领导力、抗压力、决策判断能力、组织协调能力和文字表述能力；

4、熟悉企业人力资源管理体系，熟悉相关法律法规；善于架构薪资和绩效考核体系建设；

5、优秀的战略规划及组织协调能力，优秀的组织管理、人际沟通和交往能力，形象良好；具备创新和自我学习能力，能适应成长型公司发展变革工作需求；具备解决复杂问题的能力，优秀的工作推进能力和团队合作精神。
