RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for equipment installations, repair, preventive maintenance and upgrades of assigned equipment.
2. Provide accurate failure and repair data to appropriate personnel.
3. Maintain appropriate clinical and technical knowledge to ensure customer issues are resolved.
4. Accurately, effectively, and consistently perform administrative functions of the job including but not limited to acknowledgment of dispatches, keeping appointments, on-time arrival, proper completion of CVR and related checklists, and expense reports.
5. Efficiently manages all assets and resources, minimizing the liability of company assets.
6. Assist region supervisor to complete the region KPI target
7. Has the ability to introduce service contract or proper service proposal and consumer(PI, ACV card, CV card,etc.) to customer, timely tracking consumer consumption and provide reminder to end user
8. Follow the SOP of Field Service
9. Promote ESG Mission, Vision, and Strategy
10. Complete other tasks as required by line manager

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Biomedical engineering
2. 1, 3 years experiences in Optical equipment maintenance relevant fields
