岗位职责：
（1）根据产品设计和需求进行B/S应用的后端开发。
（2）负责web开发技术研究和技术难点攻关，解决技术疑难问题和做好新技术的预研。
（3）持续的优化系统性能，并保证兼容性和执行效率。
（4）配合前端工程师一起研讨技术实现方案，进行应用及系统整合。
（5）完善技术规范，规范后端开发，完成研发任务。
知识技能：
（1）大专以上学历，软件工程、计算机相关专业，3年以上Java实际项目开发经验；
（2）熟练使用Java语言，熟悉JavaEE体系架构，理解JVM原理，具有B/S应用开发经验；
（3）熟悉Ajax、Jqurey等web开发基础技术，熟练使用开发框架，如SpringMVC、Spring、Mybaits等，熟练掌握SpringBoot，了解SpringCloud微服务开发，掌握Shrio、SpringSecuiity安全框架；
（4）熟悉应用开发框架SSH2及其他主流JavaEE开发技术；
（5）熟悉常用Web应用服务器的配置和应用；
（6）熟悉Mysql数据库系统，熟练使用SQL语言，熟悉数据库调优、SQL优化经验；
（7）熟悉使用Redis/Mongdb/Hbase、Dubbo\zookeeper\RabbitMQ/Restful等互联网常用技术经验；
（8）熟悉ElasticSearch/Lucene开源系统，有实际开发经验者优先；
（9）熟悉MQTT消息协议，有实际开发经验；
（10）了解即时通信类软件涉及的相关技术；
（11）有高并发、高负载处理经验；
（12）熟悉Apache、Ngix、Tomat等使用及优化经验；
（13）熟悉linux操作系统，熟悉常用命令，熟悉使用Maven构建工具及Git、SVN等版本控制工具，熟悉使用IDEA开发工具。
