Skills :

1. Should be actively delivering onboarding/soft skill training to employees.

2. Should have a relevant required certification from a good /reputed institute.

3. Should know the fundamentals of written and spoken English.

4. Have high energy and enthusiasm

6. Have experience of facilitation/training.

7. Have experience of project management and administration related experiences.

8. have financial industry background preferred

Role :

1.    Understand training needs of business and deploy relevant learning intervention 2.    Maintain relationships with assigned business unit to assess the needs on a regular basis to meet the changing needs

3.    Delivery of soft skill training and other relevant training programs as per the identified training plan

4.    Delivery of Global Induction & third party event programs

6.    Provide constant feedback to the course/content owners to maintain the effectiveness and impact of the L&D offerings

7.    Ensure feedback given during the trainer observations are implemented 8.    Maintain zero day feedback scores of 5 and above

9.   Provide assistance and extend support to colleagues in order to help achieve their objectives by way of active teamwork  -  This will be achieved by supporting delivery for internal HSBC trainers.

10.   Ensure HSBC core values and code of conduct is adhered to.

11.   Adhere to the Group compliance policy locally by containing compliance risk in liaison with the Global Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer ensuring adequate  compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture and optimizing relations with regulators; Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by  external regulators.

12.    Ensure practices and procedures are adhered to and training materials remain compliant with  L&TD, BPs and regulatory standards

13.    To abide by the Group Compliance Policy by containing compliance risk in conjunction with the relevant Compliance
