职位描述
BASIC FUNCTION
· Provide technical support, advice and information to Sales Managers and customers on project and standard or non-standard systems sales.
· Manage on-going projects.
· Project management and schedule control.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· Attend to sales inquiries on project and standards or non-standard systems.
· Provide technical support and information relating to project sales.
· Conduct project feasibility studies.
· Carry out project cost estimation.
· Generate project proposals and technical compliance documents.
· Attend to projects scheduling and documentation.
· Coordinate projects, including working closely with engineering, production departments, supporting vendors and customers in the development of project and non-standard systems to meet customers’ needs.
· Project Management
? Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
? Coordinate project manufacturing processes with in-house and outsourced resources and provide technical support to Manufacturing and External Vendors on project and non-standard systems & products
? Plan and coordinate project testing and assist in systems engineering.
? Conduct projects planning, scheduling, documentation and monitoring of project status
? Coordinate projects including working closely with engineering, supporting vendors and customers in the development of project and non-standard systems to meet customers’ needs.
· Other Assignments arranged by manager.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
-Supervisory Relationships: Report to Sr. Manager-Technical Sales & Industrial Solutions, PS, China
- Organization Relationships:Frequent contacts with all departments including Kohler global factory and regional offices.
- External Business Relationships: Frequent contacts with distributors, dealers, government bodies, consultant, EPC existing, and potential customers.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years’ relevant sales support experience in the power generation business; or relevant industries;
Knowledge of Electrical Generation & Systems & Knowledge of Reciprocating Engines & Knowledge of Mechanical Systems & Knowledge of Electrical Systems
Diploma holders with 3 years’ of relevant experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Must be able to write and speak fluent English
High familiarity with Personal Computers (AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software)
