ALUMINIUM CHINA 2021 is Asia's professional aluminium industry platform annually held in Shanghai. By presenting customized match making programs, buyers with emerging and established demands from booming industry clusters as well as a comprehensive conference & seminar program, ALUMINIUM China is the first choice for branding, networking and sourcing in Asia, which is one of the world's fastest growing market.

The Role：

Focusing on B2B marketing, this role will be responsible for the marketing work of the project, including: media relations, marketing material production, digital marketing promotion (Website, EDM & WeChat) and other channels. Ensure that the marketing results meet or exceed the target and achieve the target audience through effective marketing promotion and excellent customer insight.

We will provide you with training and development opportunities, as well as ongoing support to ensure that you reach your full potential; We will provide you with domestic and international exchange programs to let you know the exhibition experience of other domestic project teams and reed exhibition international teams. We pay attention to the improvement of employee satisfaction. We will conduct monthly and annual employee satisfaction survey to understand your ideas and implement improvement. We will provide you with a five social insurance and housing fund contribution and other benefits. You can get at least 10 days of paid annual leave and 12 days of paid sick leave per year.

Duties and Responsibility：

1. We hope that you can be responsible for the marketing promotion of the exhibition project, including the formulation and implementation of the overall external plan of the exhibition, the promotion of the exhibition through various channels such as Website, EDM, press release, media cooperation, printing materials, WeChat and activities, and the recruitment of professional audiences;

2. Plan and follow up the media and public relations of the project, and develop effective forms of media cooperation;

3. Responsible for the production of marketing materials: controlling the content, design and quality, and creating more effective content through insight into customer needs;

4. Responsible for the official website and WeChat content of the project;

5. Site management and support: interview and comment collection of exhibitors and visitors; On-site survey and management of exhibitors and visitors; Media center management; Activity implementation and support;

Skills and Experience：

1. 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience in exhibition or related industry, industrial/mechanical exhibition, automotive automation, mechanical industry experience is preferred;

2. Good writing skills, experience in social media operation, or other marketing promotion channel experience;

3. Sincere, good communication skills, coordination skills and teamwork spirit;

4. Self-motivation and sense of responsibility;

5. Can adapt to the fast-paced working environment, and can withstand certain working pressure;

6. Bachelor degree or above, CET6.
