？  Assist Regional manager to set up the sales strategy and target, and market development in the area; 设定地区销售战略目标；

？  Manage the  business result in retail end including key retail KPIs in the area; 管理区域批发业务；

？  Build up the good relationship with franchisees/department stores in the area; 与区域经销商、零售渠道建立良好合作关系；

？  Assist recruit  team members

？  Train the team members to build team success;  负责招聘及培训批发团队成员

？  Implement the successor plan; 执行继任者计划；

 

 

• Product Management 产品管理

 Identify the merchandising plan base on the sales target;根据销售目标制定买货计划；

？  Product sales analysis (the proportion of inventory and MO) 产品销售分析；

？  Market research, feedback the market info in time;  负责市场调研及时反馈市场状况；

 

• Marketing市场营销

？  Maintain company image, superior to the competitors; 维护公司品牌形象；

 

• Others 其他

？  Follow up the company procedure and put company benefit at first priority ; 遵守公司流程以公司利益为优；

？  Well communicate with other areas and departments, drive the business together; 与其他区域及部门保持密切联系，共同推进业务发展；

Education / 学历背景:

·         Relevant degree holder, or equivalent through experiences; 相关专业本科或同等学力

 

Experience / 工作经验: 

·         Over 8 years solid experiences in similar job capacity, with at least 3 years in managerial position; 8年以上相关工作经验，至少3年以上管理岗位经验；

·         Experience of working with cross cultural partners is an advantage; 具有跨文化工作经验者更佳；

·         Apparel industry background is requested; 具有服装行业工作经验；

 

Language / 语言应用:

·         Good command of English; 熟练英语水平；

·         spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese); 优秀的中文写作及口语水平；

 

Computer / 计算机操作:

·         Good computer operation skill , particularly Microsoft Office applications; 熟练应用电脑办公软件；

 

Key Skills / 相关技能:

·         Good analytical skill; 具有较强分析能力；

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; 具有较强沟通能力；

·         Inspirations by youth/street culture爱好年轻文化或街头文化

·         A pleasant team player. 具有团队精神；
