职责描述：
1. Develop & Manage the business in Special Distribution Channel
？ Set up and implement the sales strategy and market development plan to achieve expansion and financial goals.
？ Plan and promote the renewal of old projects and upgrades, combining the development needs of the company.
？ Have insight into company and competitors’ product, provide sales analysis.
？ Keep close communication and cooperation with the operation team and take sales - oriented practical goals.

2. Build the leadership of Vans brand in Multi Brand / Energy Channel in terms of Brand Image & Sale Revenue
？ Review & Plan tailor-made Segmentation/Product Assortment with season base.
？ Initiate & Execute energy program integrated across Sales, Product & Marketing
Education / 学历背景:
? Bachelor degree
? Relevant degree holder, or equivalent through experiences
Experience / 工作经验:
? 5 years solid experiences in similar industry.
? Relevant industry background & connection. Strong Insight for fashion/Streetwear business & Culture.
Language / 语言应用:
? Excellent spoken and written in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
? Fluent in English
Computer / 计算机操作:
? Good computer operation skill , particularly Microsoft Office applications
