1. 职位目的：

 

工作目的(总述): 开拓并发展市政调蓄池业务并完成相关销售指标。

 

1. 职位关键职责：

 

基本职能(请按照工作重要性列出)与相关关键指标:

1.  全面负责市政西区调蓄池业务。

    

2. Keep efficient communication with end users, design institute and contractor and relative customers. 与各类客户保持密切、有效沟通，促进区域内紫外业务的稳定发展。

3. Maintain relationship with existing customer and make sure to increase sales revenue.与当前的客户（包括渠道）保持良好的合作关系，以提高销售业绩。

4. Develop new customer and new business to achieve sales target. 区域内发展新的紫外业务并达成销售目标。

5. Complete required sales report. 按照要求完成销售月报。

6. Cooperate with relative cooperator to develop the disinfection business. 开发新的销售渠道。

7. Complete the negotiation with customer according to company policy. 依据公司政策完成客户谈判。

8. Cooperate with relative department to achieve company and department target.  与相关部门沟通，确保达成销售目标。

9. Follow all the key projects and manage the project pipeline. 重点跟踪关键项目并有效管理销售机会。

1. 教育背景、工作经验及专业技术要求

    

1. 理工科本科以上学历；

2. 至少5年的销售工作经验，市政行业***；

3. 具有一定的外语读、写能力。

4. 熟练使用各种常用的办公软件。

5. 能够适应经常出差。

• Excellent skills on communication, relationship building, coordination and problem solving。具有优秀的沟通技巧、各种关系协调能力及问题解决能力。

• STRONG at Market analysis and Project sales. 具有较强的市场分析，及项目销售能力。

• Familiar with municipal customers (EPC, PPP, Designer Institute and End user.) 对于市政的各类客户都比较熟悉，包括总包、PPP商、设计院及最终业主。

• Team player with a mature personality and be able to work independently under pressure. 具有很强的独立工作能力及团队协作精神。
