We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented and experienced candidate who possesses the capability to drive the market for key product portfolios. This position reports to the Director, Institutional Sales & Partnerships, Greater China. The person needs to drive sales and provide solutions to editing service, impact science and other products. Enhance our market in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau while ensuring a smooth communication with customers. Our main customers are university and college research department, key faculties, research institutions, societies, journals and publishers.

Responsibilities

· Cooperates with China team to achieve sales target for South China, Hong Kong and Macau.

· Maintains good relationships with current accounts and obtains new customers.

· Explores and develops the market, finds new sales opportunities.

· Intensive study of Cactus’s products, acknowledges the latest front news of subject and journal publication's developments, integrate and promote with our products.

· Participate in seminars and conferences to promote our products.

Pre-requisites

· 5-8 years’ experience in academic publishing.

· Fluent in English.

· Capable of working independently to sell and product training presentation.

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills at both strategic and operational level.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills.

· Professional, organized, motivated, energetic and work well alone or as a member of a group.

· Travel will be required.
