Task/Responsibilities:

- Coordination and realization work for the Mercedes-Benz passenger car safety performance;

- Assist the related localization project, project coordination and timeline tracking;

- Homologation /COP crash test communication and coordination support with

Certification teams:

1) Arrange the onsite/remote support for Homologation tests and collect the necessity tests informaiton from certification team

2) Create the Test in test system and make the documentation after homologation tests

3) Maintain the test plan and create the presentation in the required report

4) Follow the implementation of relevant standard in certification. Provide the comprehensive support on certification testing

5) Be able to control timing and timely inform the certification teams to make the necessity retrofit for homologation cars

6) EDR test coordination and onsite suppport, e.g. read data after test

- Development tests:

1) follow up the handover time of development crash cars, timely inform the risk to FSK

2) follow up the retrofi of testing vehicles

Requirements:

- Bacholer degree or above in automotive engineering relevant majors (e.g. automotive, mechanical, EE), OEM experience will be a plus

- Chinese native speaker with good mandarin, highly proficient in written and spoken

English (negotiation level), German language is a plus;

- Good office IT skills are mandatory, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel, Monaco/CANoe will be a plus;

- Good knowledge of safety related GB, know C-NCAP and C-IASI will be preferred;

- Excellence skills of cross function project management, follow-up of program timing, process, task execution;

- Engineering mindset, team spirit, proactive, self-motivated, integrity, openness, curiosity, and creativity;

- Willing to tr***el.
