岗位职责：

1、根据招聘需求，利用招聘渠道进行人才寻访；

2、维护和拓展招聘渠道；

3、独立完成简历甄选、初面、背景调查、聘用意向沟通、入职准备跟进等环节；

4、及时、准确地向上级主管提交招聘情况报告；

5、与潜在候选人保持联系和沟通，丰富人才库；

6、必要时参与人力资源项目；

7、直线主管安排的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、本科学历，专业不限；

2、2年以上招聘经验，有猎头招聘经验者优先；

3、亲和力强，注重细节，踏实认真，抗压能力强；

4、较好的中英文沟通和表达能力。
