Senior Business Development Manager
职位概述
在地区业务发展总监领导下，能够管理相对复杂，及规模较大的地区业务发展新客户，通过组织、协调公司资源完成项目谈判，成本预测，制定项目计划书，签订合同等销售活动，以达成业务发展目标，并能够与关键客户建立良好的沟通合作关系。
工作内容
市场分析能力？
- 理解公司的战略规划和事业部的市场发展策略；
- 收集、分析及更新目标细分市场的动态；
- 理解目标细分市场中客户的需求；
- 分析竞争对手与索迪斯的优劣势；
- 在客户关系管理系统中更新业务进展情况、竞争对手情况和市场动态。
销售能力
- 拓展目标客户，完善目标市场客户关系网络和行业网络；
- 保持与客户的密切联系，确保客户对索迪斯的深入认知；
- 通过营运点参观、客户现场勘察、合同谈判等方式识别客户需求 并有针对性的设计商业服务方案；
- 精心设计和准备服务方案和展示，确保内容和条款的准确；
- 严格执行公司正确客户、正确条款的策略，确保各项指标符合要求；
- 确保所提交的业务及财务计划方案在技术上、法律条款和商业条 款等方面符合事业部要求并获得上级事先确认；
- 提出业务发展过程中所需要的资源，以正确的方式协调以获得支持；
- 及时主动地向上级汇报项目的进展情况。
团队合作
- 与营运部或支持职能部门紧密有效地合作，确保交接过程的效率；
- 与运营团队共同保持与客户间的联系；
- 根据上级要求协助运营团队进行合同的续签。
公司责任及形象
- 确保遵循理解并贯彻索迪斯的理念，核心价值观和道德准则以及所有的公司政策； ？
- 在其负责范围内，参与推广索迪斯形象，尤其是纠正有可能发生的客户方关于索迪斯形象任何负面或不正确的理解。
任职要求
本科学历及以上；
5年以上销售经验；
商业敏感度；
较强的分析总结能力；？
多团队协调与管理能力；
较强的口头及书面沟通能力；
外语沟通能力；
熟练的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel，PPT）操作能力。
