Role description:

1. Arrange transportation per customers' request, work with service providers to ensure customer needs are met

2. Respond and handle complaints

3. Communicate with related department colleagues to collect requested information

4. Run basic reports via different sources for data analysis to track and monitor related KPI

5. Checking billings from service providers

6. Ensure daily operation and SOP comply with EHS, Quality and Compliance

Job requirements:

·         Skills & Competences required

o    Good team working skills

o    Good communication and negotiation skills

o    Self-motivative with clear goal and target

o    Workable English, written and oral

o    Strong problem-solving capability

o    Logical reasoning, numerical skills, technical skills

o    SAP knowledge

·         Background

o    college or above major in logistics/supply chain/international trading/chemical/Bio-chemical

o    1-3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, customer service

o    CET-4 or equivalent,

o    DG Chemical Certificate is a plus

o    Knowledge of QMS, ISO & cGMP

o    Experience in Life Science industry is a plus
