职位描述
职责描述:
1.制定试剂及试剂盒的生产计划，合理调配资源组织生产，并在生产过程中对人员、设备、原辅材料、工艺流程、生产环境进行监测和控制，保证生产过程稳定、连续、有效、安全；
2.负责IVD试剂及试剂盒产品的生产工艺定型和设计转换工作，按照研发输出的工艺规程，编制相应的操作指导文件。
3.负责试剂及试剂盒产品生产工艺规划及优化更新；完善生产过程质量控制；落实生产计划、工艺规程、规章制度的有效执行；
4.对生产线设备使用情况、维护保养情况进行监督和检查，及时处理和追踪生产过程中的异常状况，并提出合理建议；
5. 参与IVD试剂产品的临床试验、注册资料编制、申报工作；按照要求进行中外文献的检索、翻译和整理；
6.协助公司根据GMP要求对生产员工进行岗位培训、安全教育，提高员工技能水平及生产安全性。
7.负责生产日报和各类生产信息检查统计；
任职资格:
1.生物、化学相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2.具备3年以上体外诊断试剂生产管理工作经验；
3.掌握医疗器械、体外诊断试剂相关法律法规要求及质量管理体系要求；
4.责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神，积极乐观，有较强的沟通协调能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
5.身体健康，无传染性疾病。
