职位描述
We are looking for a HR Business Partner reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner of ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Greater China & South East Asia, based in Shanghai, China.
About the role
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders in business planning, contribute to business strategy by supporting line managers in identifying, prioritizing, and building people capabilities, structure and improve HR program and processes.
- Act as HR consultant and business partner in driving and implementing organisational design, change management, talent management & succession planning, HR policies and procedures, culture & engagement.
- Define strategic HR plan covering the defined areas of activity, contributing significantly to the performance of business, and anticipating initiatives
- Play an active part in the organization design and change management project; provide solution and execute management decision of headcount movement
- Talent & Staff Development Management – understand future talent requirements in aligned with business focus & strategies. Drive talent review program – talent selection/succession planning, career development programs
- Performance & Reward Management – facilitate compensation & benefits strategies, involve in annual appraisal, salary review, manage employee’s performance
- Work closely with Centre of Excellence (CoE) team to drive HR programs and initiatives, responsible for implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices
- Manage transformation/evolution projects that are part of the company strategy
- Employee point of contact and Champion of HR initiatives
- Management of Staff grievance/issue – guide and assist line managers on staff disciplinary, performance issues
- Drive and lead Health and Safety initiatives of the company
About you
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment. Experience on supporting Engineering is a plus.
- Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders
- Experienced Human Resources professional, with the ability to engage specialists in core HR disciplines
- Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders to get things done within a matrix and global organization
- Strong track record of delivery in complex multi-discipline change programs, including culture change
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work in partnership with broader ASSA ABLOY team
- A good communicator at all levels including executive and senior management level
- Strong learning agility and ability to deal with changes in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin capabilities
- Strong command of Microsoft Office program: PowerPoint; Excel, Word
