REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 4 years of costing and financial experience in industrial business environment.

· Good understanding and knowledge of domestic/national market, as well as international business operations.

· Fluent English skill in written and spoken

· Foster collaboration and networking

· High quality and efficiency on target orientation

· SAP working experience and knowledge preferred.

· Financial reporting and business analysis tools (VBA,BW, Essbase) preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Operations Cost Analysis and actual Reporting

o Perform month end processes and closing activities using SAP.

o Provide accurate costing information updates and costing analysis. Able to dive into details and perform gap analysis.

o Sales, Order, backlog report preparation and trend analysis

o Capex, MBC and SFC follow up and control

o Responsible for inventory reporting and inventory reviews.

· Rolling forecast

o Calculate and analyse all information for rolling forecast and make sure all KPI are traceable and in control. Prepare QBR and report package on time.

· Business partner

o Involved and engaged with plant operation.

o Drive business performance to be delivered.
