-Investigate the product needs in the various markets and countries in Asia Pacific                          

-Formulate the technical and cost requirements for the products in various markets                        

-Control the development progress of IPD projects which he launched.                  

-Control the reaching of the targets of IPD-projects which he launched                   

-Investigate and push the markets for achieving product standards approvals and other sales supporting documents.                

-Support the markets with technical knowledge and by providing the necessary technical calculations, technical documents and data for approvals, standards, and other sales supporting documents                  

-Prepare necessary data for the half yearly revised product strategy                        

-Propose product strategies for the different countries in cooperation with their marketing and sales managers.                      

-Participate in P-R events like seminars, symposium and other events.                    

-Keep close contact to the markets and sales organizations to provide the best market service to them  

职位要求:

-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, German as a plus                   

-University degree with major in business management or ceramics or marketing, MBA preferred.            

-More than 5 years experience including 3 years of related industrial background.                             

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
