岗位职责:

1. 进行人力资源系统数据维护
2. 制作数据报表，进行人力相关的数据分析
3. 按照法律法规及公司规定协助人事流程合规检查
4. 组织员工公司福利及配套沟通
5. 参与集团人力资源服务流程优化和人力资源系统的项目
6. 协调员工居住证及落户手续办理，外籍员工证件办理
7. 处理员工电话和邮件咨询，并协助解决问题

任职资格:

1. 大学本科及以上，理工科或者人力资源相关专业优先
2. 有良好的英语阅读和表达能力
3. 认真细致，逻辑性思维
4. 具有团队合作精神，执行力强
5. 有1-2年相关工作经验，如学习能力强也可考虑应届生
