职位概要 Position Summary

 ·   承担嵌入式软件和系统的计划、设计、开发、测试和故障诊断，主要涉及新产品及已有产品（例如控制器、伺服、功能安全等）的研发和维护。 Be responsible for plan, design, implementation, testing and troubleshooting of embedded software and system. The areas involve the development of new industry products (e.g. controller, servo and function safety etc) and the maintenance of existing products.   

 ·        承担研究课题的验证性设计、开发和测试，涉及的研究方向包括工业网络通信和功能安全领域等。 Be responsible for the prototype design, implementation, and testing for the research topics in the areas including the industrial networks and functional safety, etc. 

 主要职责 Key Responsibilities

 ·        负责新产品和研究课题原型（嵌入式软件）的计划、设计、开发、测试。 Be responsible for the plan, design, implementation and testing of embedded software and system for new industry products and research prototypes. 

 ·        负责已用产品的故障诊断和维护。 Be responsible for the troubleshooting and maintenance of embedded software and system for existing industry products. 

 ·        遵循公司开发流程（敏捷开发）。 Comply with the company development process (Agile development). 

 ·        跨部门协调和支持公司内部或外部的客户。 Collaborates with product/project manager and provides support to customers inside or outside company.

技能/知识/经验/教育要求 Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Requirements

 ·        控制工程，电气工程，信息工程等相关工程专业学士及以上学历，2到5年工作经验。 A bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline (Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Engineering, etc.) with 2~5 years’ experience.

 ·        具备两年以上嵌入式软件编程技能（例如C, C++, Python etc），熟悉实时操作系统。 熟悉ARM或其他微处理器，具备常见硬件接口开发能力（例如 UART, SPI, EtherNet etc）。 2+ years embedded software programming experience (e.g. C, C++ and Python, etc), with solid knowledges and skills on RTOS. Familiar with ARM or other microcontrollers, and solid knowledge and development experience on common hardware interface (e.g. UART, SPI, EtherNet). 

 ·        了解工业通讯协议及功能安全相关知识。 Experiences on Industry Common Protocol (e.g. Ethernet/IP), and function safety knowledge is desired.

 ·        具有较强的动手能力，包括样机设计、实现、调试、验证、总结和报告。 Strong hands-on capability, including prototype architectural design, implementation, debugging, verification, summarizing and reporting. Ability in constructing, coding, and debugging the control system including hardware and software. 

 ·        对新技术、新概念有热情；乐于解决复杂技术问题。 Passionate on new technologies, new ideas and development of solutions to solve problems. 

 ·        具备能胜任日常工作中的口语、阅读和写作的英语能力。 Oral, reading and writing English skills for daily work.
