This position sits in HR function while based in LDC Beijing office, North Asia region and have a direct reporting line to region Compensation & Benefits Manager to support C&B daily operations while also have opportunity to work on C&B projects.
Main Job responsibility:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for executing on multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more. This role drafts compensation and benefit plan administrative procedures and communications materials. Trains operating management in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. Identifies and resolve operational issues and support process improvement. Develops an in-depth, wing-to-wing knowledge of company HR operations systems & processes. Promotes “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.
· Facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, employee certificates etc.
· Ensure data integrity in the HR systems, including the ongoing development and monitoring of HR data quality and confidentiality standards.
· Liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach for international mobility & local hired expats cases, not only limit to the application of work permit and residence permit.
· Lead benefits programs and initiatives, make recommendations, investigate benefits plan and tools.
· Assist in planning and implementation of regular government related programs, such as Hukou program, Beijing resident permit application, government subsidy, or other related areas.
· Maintain and manage supplier quality of service from HR services providers.
· Support and propose solutions for the automation and digitalization across HR Operations areas.
· Contribute as necessary to the development of HR policy or procedure bring insight from daily operations and service management.
· Support on training and recruitment process at Beijing Office.
· Support on other HR ad-hoc projects.
· Other daily HR tasks assigned or delegated by HR Manager.
Knowledge, Competence and Skills required:
· Minimum 4 Years’ work experience in HR field with at least 2 years' hands-on experience in operational area in MNC;
· Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major;
· Familiar with labor law, government policy, social benefits procedure and regulations, high integrity & compliance with policy & process;
· Good for detail work with high quality and high accuracy;
· Positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude, self-motivated. high sense of responsibility and integrity;
· Proficient in English, both written and oral include ability to prepare reports, proposals, and presentation
· Excellent communication skill, good team-working spirit;
· Possess excellent in dealing emergence and compressive capacity;
· Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, familiar with HR system.
