If you are our Talent Acquisition Consultant in China, you will have a chance to

• Interact with hiring managers to understand with precision their requirements
• Drive achievement of the hiring targets, including university and experienced hiring, diversity goals, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
• Manage the beginning to end staffing process, supports implementation of sourcing strategies, builds up talent pipelines, screens candidates, provides a short list of candidates, coordinates interviews, creates offer letters, and facilitates pre-onboarding
• Counsel with managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy
• Source and recruit top talents in the local competitive market through strategic networking, social media and job boards.
• Work with regional HR team for HR programs

 

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

 

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Typically 4-6 years of recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate and creative, willing to work with a diversified team together
• Fluent oral and written Chinese and English
