Bachelor Degree and above in medical, science or healthcare related area
- Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练
Effective and strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self directed manner
- Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )
2+ years experience in Multinational Pharmaceutical Company
Excellent ability of literature comprehension
Ability to understand commercial development perspectives
Ability to integrate and work in cross functional network
Understanding of IFPMA Code, Pharma Code and other related guidance and practical application
- Language ability / 语 言 能 力
Good English comprehension in addition to Mandarin as native language
- Computer literacy / 电 脑 知 识
Microsoft Office proficiency

Travel required (local and national)

Experience in similar role is preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主 要 职 责
Key Result Areas
(in order of importance) Key Tasks Performance Indicators
External HCP Interaction
(~60% workload) ? face-to-face communicatescientific data about current marketed products with local KOLs (national & regional) in a fair, balanced and objective manner;
? Communicate with KOLs on their request on topics of pre-launch compounds or indication, which is judged as necessary;
? Provide medical input to increase advocacy of local KOLs in scientific activities;
? Help on local speaker development. ? Effective execution of external HCP interaction according to working plan aligned with Brand Action Plan;
? Follow the Brand Team’s instruction and external feedback to update customized working plan twice a year;
? Clear KOL analysis and development plan;
? Obvious improvement of KOL advocacy from baseline;
? No outstanding compliance finding by internal QC ;
? Good feedback from external KOLs and HCPs;
? Good feedback from local marketing/sales team as reference.
Internal Customer Interaction
(~25% workload) ? Act as local medical consultant;
? Share scientificdata with local sales team;
? Help local sales team on trouble shooting and objection handling;
? Fulfill medical needs for local marketing and sales team;
? Report back to Brand Team the local medical practice, key issues and critical competitors activities;
? Keep pace with medical progress and deliver internal sharing
? support clinical study team by commnunicating with local investigator ? Effective execution of internal interaction to working plan aligned with Brand Action Plan
? Follow the Brand Team’s instruction to update customized working plan twice a year;
? Regularly report back to Brand Team local medical practice, key issues and critical competitors activities;
? No outstanding compliance finding by internal QC ;
? Good feedback from local marketing/sales team and Brand Team.
Promotional Compliance
(~15% workload) ? Review and approve local activities including regional meetings etc. ? No outstanding compliance finding by internal QC;
? Good feedback from local team.
