Responsibilities：

1. Managing ongoing processes and supporting President with strategic projects.

2. Practicing cross-organizational issues, working with different interfaces in the Company.

3. Following the company and ZLC President’s planning and implementation of work plans.

4. Managing and monitoring KPIs of the BUs and reporting functions, analyzing the results and working with them to improve performance.

5. Initiating and developing reports and tools in order to follow-up on the performance of the BUs and reporting functions.

6. Preparing presentations and reference materials for the company meetings, Management meetings, Board meetings and meetings with business partners.

7. Analyzing commercial, financial and operational data as a basis for decision-making.

8. Preparing ongoing reports of the company’s activity for senior management presentations.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business related field.

2. With relevant working experience in MNC preferred.

3. With experience in the IFF / logistic industry preferred.

4. With strong experiences in projects management.

5. High level of analytical skills.

6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to work as a team and build good working relationships with senior counter parts.

7. Proactive, energetic & independent.

8. Result oriented and quick response.

9. Excellent in MS-Office tools, Excel and PowerPoint.

10.Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
