Key Responsibilities

？ Support of plant’s Safety/Disaster prevention activities.

Promote QM activities and reduce risks.（Example: Risk reduction of CateⅢ/Ⅳ, LOTO etc.）

？ Support of legal management

Confirmation of compliance status and expertise advices to plants.

？ Prevention of recurrence of trouble

Deploy of countermeasures to prevent similar accidents and follow up of past troubles.

？ Conduct QM audit

Strengthen the legal compliance by site audit.

？ Enhance safety for Non-production sites

？ Human resource development

Educate subordinates and QM teammates of plants regarding QM knowledge.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or above.

？ Have experience for EHS in manufacturing company.

？ Have knowledge of ISO45001 system.

？ Good skill of data analysis, project planning and reporting.

？ High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success

Language proficiency: English is mandatory  (other languages are added advantage)
