职位描述：
1. Opportunities to be involved in and grow with the overseas business expansion of a China originated Internet company to acquire invaluable first-hand experience；
2. Participate in international projects, including global corporate structure, corporate governance, employee stock incentive plans and corporate compliance；
3. Analyze international market’s legal, compliance and policy environment, business trends and industry metrics to aid decision-making；
4. Involove in the risk assessment of oversea business expasion; drive projects of oversea entities set up;
5. Conduct legal research and / or market survey on specific topics related to company businesses; prepare memoranda and summaries of legal research；
6. Draft, review and revise board resolutions, shareholder resolutions and other corporate governance related documents of overseas entities.
职位要求：
1. 5 years+ legal experience in a reputable PRC or international law firm or equivalent position in Internet companies or multi-national corporations. Candidates are preferred to have some cross-board corporate governance experience;
2. Strong oral and written Chinese and English communication skills;
3. Confident, responsive and be willing to voice his / her opinions;
4. Self-motivated, organized, efficient and solid; positive working attitude and good team work spirit.
