职位描述：
1. Analysis and understanding of development trends of global banking products;
2. Participation in business negotiation, RfPs, and design of end to end business flow.
3. In-depth studies of payment trends and market players for target key markets.
4. Establish connections with key stakeholders, including but not limited to banks, payment companies, professional service providers and other top players in different business segments.
5. Key project support in bespoke payment solution building.
6. Collaboration with other functions and acting as escalation point on the monitoring and tracking of daily transaction-level issues.
职位要求：
1. 3+ years of business development and/or industry research experience, experience with top-tier global banks is a strong plus.
2. Good understanding of payment industry in general, and ideally equipped with knowledge of some global and local players.
3. Good understanding of global banking from both market knowledge and technical perspectives.
4. Deep understanding in methodology of industry research and delivery of research results.
5. Must possess a can-do, entrepreneurial drive, focusing on delivering quality and forward looking results, and on solving problems creatively with a high level of energy. This is critical both as a cultural fit and based on the nature of internal business growth plans.
6. Strong communication skills, able to understand actual intentions behind verbal communications.
7. Strong organization skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure.
8. Ability to work with remote, cross-functional and extremely diverse teams to drive results.
9. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English. Another Western European language is a plus.
10. Strong academic background, with research experience as a plus.
