1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Treasury Management System (TMS), including data initialization and key master data management.
2. Serve the business end users of the TMS, analyze and solve the problems in the use of the system to improve user satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with business process owners and tech teams to discuss the business requirements, product functional design in order to optimize the TMS.
4. Participate and lead the projects related to the implementation of business process refinement and the TMS.
5. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and validation of system changes, ensuring products/deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
6. Produce user manuals, reference materials as well as training materials, and lead or participate in the delivery of training.

1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Computer Science, or related.
2. 6 years of working experience in corporate Treasury or Treasury consulting with knowledge in treasury processes, treasury workstations or tools and bank connectivity, experience in TMS implementation is a plus.
3. A good team player with team work spirit, willing to collaborate with various roles inside and outside the company.
4. Experienced in managing IT related projects, including the process management, milestone definition, methodologies and tools.
5. Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.
6. Good analytical skills, strong skills in MS office applications, data analyzing and report writing.
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
