As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for releasing production order, following production schedule and flexible production plan to meet customer demand, for Motion Business Area in Beijing, China.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will meet with Sales on weekly balance, weekly product status report (on hand, delivery, output).

- Ensuring yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily production plan based on Sales demand
- Planning monthly production to fill rate report
- Releasing production order, following production schedule and flexible production plan to meet customer demand
- Meeting with Sales on monthly demand forecast, monthly review of the customer demand, and updating or creating the MPS accordingly
- Meeting with Sales on Weekly Balance, weekly product status report (on hand, delivery, output).
- Analyzing and updating past due order
- Creating the refill order in C-SOT timely
- Tracking ECN, monthly SOP report and sharing Risk feedback timely

- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Preferably SAP, MES experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to handle multi tasks
- Strong communication and organizing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, and team-work oriented
